I offer cookery classes to groups, parties or individuals. The courses are a great way to teach people how to think of using ingredients in a differently, creating delicious and nourishing dishes.
Course content can be tailor made to suit any interests or requirements, with lessons being aimed at anything from how to cook for a person living with a particular health issue to just learning more about incorporating the use of spices and herbs within the diet.
I also run themed classes to suit a particular country for example Vietnamese, Indian, Italian -whatever takes your fancy!
