Cookery: Using only the freshest, seasonal ingredients, Eloise creates delicious and vibrant food through her private catering and cookery classes. Alongside her passion for working with wild, plant based and raw food she also loves cooking with an emphasis on the naturopathic principles of food, aiming to nourish and support the body, using food as medicine.

Nutritional Therapy (DipNT mBANT mANP mNNC rCNHC): In-depth nutritional consultations offer clients support through tailored wellness plans, which aim to improve symptoms connected to different chronic diseases, as well as enable progress with any personal health goals. Dietary and lifestyle changes empower a person on their journey towards achieving optimum health and wellbeing whilst supplementation suggestions and any functional testing will also be advised where necessary.

Eloise specialises in gut health, brain health and oncology support, is lecturer and teacher on the Natural/Vegan Chef course at the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM), London, as well as an assistant clinical supervisor for CNM, Bristol.
